Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 7-8 working days (Monday - Friday).
If your order has not arrived within the expected 7-8 working days (Monday - Friday), please allow an additional 3 working days before reaching out. If further delays occur, contact us at info@lamp-lounge.com for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@lamp-lounge.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
To request an exchange, contact us at info@lamp-lounge.com with details of the item you’d like to exchange. We will guide you through the process.
If your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lamp-lounge.com to check if cancellation is still possible.
